Mistress Mary

Mary, Mary, quite extraordinary,
how does your appearance go?
With scrolling details,
fancy legs
and scalloped knobs all in a row.

It is Valentine's Day (week) after all, so I thought I'd wax poetic about this new intro. "Mistress Mary" came to me with a little bonus in her drawer--two vintage playing cards. And they were a match! I should have fled to Vegas right then and there, but didn't want to push my luck. Instead, I channeled it into this fancy number and finished her in record time (considering my studio in the winter is actually my living room--where kids abound and things can't be left unattended for long). It was only fitting she be christened "Mistress Mary" after the lovely lady on the cards.

What I love about Mistress Mary is her deep drawers--how I could pack those things and then some! She measures 36" side-to-side, 20" front-to-back, and 43 1/2" top to bottom. Another fun thing...check the legs on this lady. So curvy! Casters are available as well.

I've gotta admit, there's something about Mary!
